NAGWorld Terms and Conditions.

Rates are calculated on the highest of the following factors: linear feet, weight or dimensions.

Liability is limited to $2.00 per foot unless additional coverage may be requested in writing.

NAGWorld will not be responsible for damaged cargo due to improper packaging or improper handling by any customs authorities or any of their representatives.

Any additional costs incurred due to customs inspections will be billed accordingly.

NAGWorld will not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from delivery delays.

Invoices are payable 15 days from date of shipment

All rates are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or Quebec Sales Tax (QST / TVQ), if applicable.

All claims must be surrendered within 21 days of the receipt of merchandise.

A maximum of two (2) hours will be allowed for loading and unloading a truckload (TL) and ½ hour for less than truckload (LTL). A $75.00 per hour fee will be applied if these delays are not respected.

This agreement is based on equipment availability

The shipper is responsible to provide all the necessary documentation and customs information prior to the pickup of the merchandise.

NAGworld invoices have to be paid within the agreed terms regardless of any customs delay that might affect the time of delivery.

Presentation of POD’s should not be used as a condition to pay our invoices.

Additional Charges which may be applied:
Fuel surcharge
Waiting time for loading and unloading
Reroutes, extra pickups or deliveries
Storage in case of non-delivery
Tailgate
Preparation of custom documents
Inbound shipments
Transfer to smaller truck
Inside delivery
Applicable taxes
